Beach Engagement Photos
With the 2013 wedding season now in the rear view mirror for this Temecula Wedding Photographer what comes next is the start of engagement season! Engagement season is such a refreshing and fun time of the year because I get to meet a brand new class of soon-to-be brides and grooms and talk with them about their journey ahead. Since I got married on 10-5-12 I have appreciated this unique time in a couple’s life so much more. I get to share with them my personal experiences, experiences of past clients and basically let them know not to sweat the small stuff because everything will turn out awesome in the end. Renee and Collin were my very first engagement session of the year and I seriously could not have asked for a better couple to photograph. They were fun, attractive, animal lovers and easy as pumpkin pie to work with, and I LOVE pumpkin pie! S*** is so damn good, especially with whipped cream. For the engagement session we started with some photos at the train station before we were told to leave by a heavy set security guard who smelled like bacon and did not want me to step foot on the train tracks. I don’t do well with authority. So with the train station plan thrashed we moved forward to Dana Point for some beach-themed photos. This turned out better than I could have hoped for because the sky was just gorgeous and there was basically nobody at that beach. That meant I did not have to photoshop out any homeless people, dog walkers or joggers from the images. The focus was solely on Collin and Renee and that is what an engagement photo session should be about, the couple. Now buckle up your seat belts and get ready to view the awesome!
