Murrieta, California Elopement At Fontainebleau
One of the most challenging things a wedding photographer, or any photographer for that matter, can experience is shooting in harsh afternoon light. In Southern California the time for absurdly harsh sunlight is between 11:30a.m. and 1:00p.m. So naturally when Angela contacted me about photographing her wedding/elopement with Paul at Fontainebleau Events in Murrieta I was a little concerned about the 12:30p.m. start time. The reason is because I always strive to give people the absolute best possible wedding photos I can and that usually starts with me putting myself in the best possible situations ahead of time. Soft light, good backdrops etc can all help when it comes to putting yourself in a good situation, but at the end of the day wedding photographers get paid to show up, kick ass and not make excuses. That meant I was gonna have to find spots were the light was soft on a day where there was not a cloud in the sky to offer any diffused light. So we did and I think the end product was better than I could have hoped for given the circumstances.
Paul and Angela rolled out to Fontainebleau Events with their best boy Brody and girl of honor Frankie. These kids were awesome and kept the day light and fun. Totally cute kids. After the wedding ceremony, we found a couple spots for family photos and portraits with the new bride and groom. Click, boom, bang! We busted ass and about 2 hours later we were done. An easy day with awesome people. What more could you ask for? Below are some of the photographs from Paul and Angela’s wedding at Fontainebleau Events in Murrieta, California. Cheers!
