Palm Springs Wedding
When Caitlin and Hutch first contacted me about their wedding at the Hyatt in Indian Wells, California I was pretty much locked, loaded and ready to kick ass. See I love desert weddings (as long as they are not in the Summer…hot as a son of a b****!) and any opportunity to get out to Indian Wells or Palm Springs is a welcomed change of pace for this Temecula wedding photographer. I can’t really describe why I love desert weddings so much but there is just something about drinking a cold beer on a warm desert evening that is magic. Not to mention, I knew ahead of time this would be a smooth wedding because Caitlin is in the wedding business herself, is totally detail-oriented and of course is just a overdose of kindness. She is the type of person you see who is smiling all the time and pretty much riding a non-stop good one. A good energy person. Hutch, on the other hand, is the quiet adventurous type. A marine, bareback horse riding enthusiast and a amazing musician, Hutch would tell me stories how he would play the piano in the nude to seduce Caitlin. I told him I have a beer belly so that wouldn’t work with my wife, and that was when Hutch lifted up his shirt and showed me his 6-pack abs. He didn’t say anything. Just pointed to the abs and nodded at me. At that very moment I felt like less of a man. But Hutch and his abs are cool and I was excited to shoot their Indian Wells wedding so without further to do here are the photos. Enjoy!
