Temecula Wedding At Wien’s Winery

Ivey and Jeff are two kind souls who focus on the simple things in life as they walk through this world with gratitude. That made it easy for me to see and feel their positive energy right from the start and why I was very excited about the opportunity to document their ceremony at Wien’s Family Cellars. When we first spoke, Ivey explained the wedding would be a small, intimate affair so they wanted a Temecula wedding photographer who could catch the true emotion of the day, as each wedding guest really was important to them. The wedding had roughly 40 guests in attendance, no wedding party and a ton of love. I have captured photos at Wiens Winery in the past but this wedding had a totally different feel. It was very personal and close. When I say that I am not by any means putting down any previous weddings I have photographed in the Temecula wineries or any location for that matter, but rather stating there is something significantly different feeling about a wedding with 40 guests compared to 150 guests. There was no cake cutting, no bouquet toss; simply two people making the choice to continue with this life together and share in the joy of the journey. Of course there was drinking, dancing and celebrating until the night turned into the morning! Great wedding, great couple and a great gift bag filled with a delicious IPA for myself.
